The Challenge
Helping senior leaders and their teams to craft impactful stories and content that engages the different audiences, helps to reinforce the key messages, and ensures action is taken as a result of the events.
The Solution
The Eyeful team worked closely with the senior leaders of the individual territories in the weeks leading up to the event – helping to craft impactful stories and presentation narratives that would engage the hybrid audiences and highlight the actions and outcomes they would like to see from the attendees.
In collaboration with the Microsoft experiential team, event organisers and AV teams, Eyeful developed a strong and cohesive visual identity that would feature across all event outputs, collateral and staging – ensuring both the in-venue and online experiences were audience-centric and engaging, but also that the visuals and theming helped to reinforce the key messages of the event itself.
Once the audience-centric stories and key messages were in place, the Eyeful team set about bringing these to life using a range of mixed media outputs – from PowerPoint, through to video, animation and post-event digital content.
To ensure everything went to plan on the day, Eyeful had a design and content team onsite at the UK flagship event to support rehearsals and any ensure any last-minute changes or additions could be managed.
