THE Objective

TO INSPIRE AN AUDIENCE AT A FAST-EVOLVING INDUSTRY EVENT

With a worldwide presence and impressive portfolio of brands, our client is a household name in a tightly regulated and highly competitive industry.

Innovation and adaptation are key to maintaining reputation and securing market position. The client’s annual partner event was crucial in setting the future scene, communicating new ideas, and inspiring their network.

The stakes were high. This had to be flawless.

The Challenge

The client initially approached Eyeful to provide development and design of presentations and onsite support for the conference. The presentation topics delivered over the 3-day event were far-reaching, from product innovations and performance updates to regulatory updates.

Each element needed to stand alone while also supporting the overarching event theme of market leadership through innovation. It was important that the separate presentations did not blur into one in the minds of the audience.

Finally, the speakers at the event were a mixed bag in terms of experience and confidence. Time was scheduled into their busy diaries to agree messaging and provide support in presentation soft skills.

WE CRAFTED AUDIENCE CENTRIC PRESENTATIONS

Over several weeks, we crafted a series of audience-centric presentations in conjunction with each speaker. The organic development process meant that when called to the stage, each presenter was able to face the audience with confidence and deliver their message authentically and powerfully.

Step 3

WE DELIVERED ON A TIGHT DEADLINE

And, of course, a conference leaves no room for moving the deadline, and with a vastly expanding brief, we pulled out all the stops – working evening and weekends to get the job done. This continued through the event itself, with our onsite design and coaching working tirelessly to ensure that everything worked seamlessly.

The Result

By the end of the conference, we had produced over 1500 slides, 30 videos and coached 22 presenters. Our onsite support enabled the event to be responsive and was much appreciated with the CEO inviting our team onto the stage for a round of applause – marking the start of a great relationship.
