Supporting teams and leaders across one of the world’s largest digital experience conferences. Enabling 78 breakout sessions, 193 speakers, and more than 100 presentation and video assets for Adobe Summit 2026 in Las Vegas.
The Challenge
In April 2026, Adobe Summit returned to Las Vegas for its biggest event to date – welcoming more than 14,000 attendees from over 60 countries across four days of keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on labs and customer experiences.
Building on eight years of partnership with Adobe, Eyeful was asked to support teams and senior leaders teams in shaping and delivering content across close to 80 individual Summit sessions – making it the largest and most complex engagement in our partnership to date.
The scale of the challenge was significant:
Like many high-profile global events, Summit remained a fast-moving environment right up until showtime, with teams continually refining narratives, messaging and content as the event drew closer. This required Eyeful to provide flexible and scalable support across multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining consistency and quality throughout.
Beyond simply creating best-in-class presentations, the challenge was ensuring every session felt aligned to the wider Summit experience and overarching headline messaging — delivering consistency, clarity and audience engagement across hundreds of individual contributors and outputs.


The Solution
Working in close collaboration with Adobe’s internal teams, Eyeful developed a scalable content and production workflow designed to support speed, consistency, and quality across the project.
Eyeful’s content strategists and B2B storytellers worked closely with Adobe stakeholders to transform rough drafts, scripts, outlines and live briefs into clear, audience-centric narratives — helping speakers communicate complex ideas with greater clarity, structure and impact.
Once the stories and messaging were established, Eyeful’s dedicated designers and video specialists brought the content to life across a wide range of outputs and digital deliverables.
To ensure everything ran smoothly onsite, and to catch any last minute emergency updates, Eyeful’s dedicated project team travelled to Las Vegas too — supporting rehearsals, refining content ahead of live sessions, troubleshooting technical challenges with AV teams, and helping speakers feel fully prepared ahead of taking to the stage.


The Outcome
Summit 2026 represented the most extensive engagement in Eyeful’s partnership with Adobe to date — with more sessions, more contributors and more creative outputs than ever before.
Across an intense and fast-moving production schedule, Eyeful successfully delivered support for 193 presenters across 78 individual sessions — helping Adobe teams and speakers present with clarity, consistency and confidence throughout the event.
The project reinforced Eyeful’s ability to operate at scale within complex global event environments, without ever compromising on quality or service — combining strategic storytelling, world leading creative, and calm, personable delivery under pressure.
